Hands down I would say that the "Add to My Book Bag" method will be the one that I use from now on for placing multiple holds. I really think that this option would be easier for both patrons and staff in a hurry.
My only question is: why was I not using this method before?

ReplyDeleteYou know, I posted this blog and then went out on the floor and tried to use the book bag option and it didn't go through. I had people in line and didn't have time to mess with it, so I ended up just doing it the old way. I think I spoke too soon...
